• Ahmad Fahad Saleh AlDuaij is an Attorney with AlBisher Legal Group since 2020. He received his law degree from ISRA Private University, Amman, Jordan in 2006 and was admitted to Kuwait Bar in the same year. He is a member of Kuwait Lawyers Society and Kuwait Jurists Association. Following his graduation from college, he worked with a Group of Companies from 2006 until 2012 as a corporate lawyer. He also assisted the Assets Management Department with respect to investment portfolios. He was also involved in preparing financial settlements and representing the Group before other government entities. In 2012, he began his own practice as a general practice lawyer representing clients in various disputes, commercial and corporate transactions. He is certified to attend both the Constitutional Court and the Cassation Court and has attended training seminars and courses on Legal Affairs and also Business Benchmark. His areas of practice are Corporate and Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution. His practice language is Arabic.
