• Anwar Nasser Al Bisher is Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He received his law degree from Kuwait University in 1977 and was admitted to the Kuwait Bar in the same year. He is a member of Kuwait Lawyers Society. His areas of practice are Corporate and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Islamic Finance, and Tenders, Contracting and Procurements.

• He undertook a year's internship training at Baker McKenzie, Chicago, Illinois in 1978 and on his return to Kuwait was appointed Head of Legal Department of Commercial Bank of Kuwait, a position he held until 1982. He served as Legal Advisor to the National Assembly Committees for Protection of Public Funds and Finance and Economy between 1992 and 1996; was previously appointed Member of the Municipality Council by Decree of the Emir and served as Chief of the Municipality Council's Legal and Finance Committee. His practice languages are Arabic and English.
