• Ugochi Viola Obodo is a Senior Legal Consultant with Al Bisher Legal Group and has been with the firm since 2012. She received her law degree from the University of Nigeria, in September 1999 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001. She received her Master in Laws degree (L.L.M) from the University of Lagos in 2010. In May 2012 she completed Informa Professional Academy's Course on International Financial Markets Law & Practice. Her areas of practice are Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate and Commercial Law, Agencies, Distributorship and Franchises, Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxation, Tenders, Contracting and Procurements, and Employment Law. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with various reputable law firms in Nigeria and Kuwait. Her practice language is English.
